National Health Center Week begins August 12th – August 18th. As a way to celebrate and thank our patients, we will be giving away raffle prizes each day during the week days. On Friday, we will have a special surprise, so stay tuned!

- Voting opens August 1, 2018 and ends August 17.
- Visit www.ohiochc.org/page/champs.
- We are listed as Family Health Erie Co in the Featherweight Class Division.
- Click vote under that Weight Class Division.
- Find your Health Center in the list and click ‘vote’ under their name.
- Enter your email at the bottom.
- Click submit.
- You can vote once per day from August 1st to August 17th.
